Managing Customers

View customer records, booking history, and add notes

Customer List

Go to Customers in the sidebar to see everyone who has booked with your venue. The list shows each customer’s name, email, total bookings, and last booking date.

Searching & Filtering

  • Search — Type a name or email to find a specific customer
  • Filter by event type — Show only customers who have booked a particular type of event
  • Sort — Click column headers to sort by name, bookings, or last visit

The list is paginated — use the page controls at the bottom to navigate.

Customer Detail Page

Click any customer to see their full profile:

  • Contact details — Name, email, and phone number
  • Booking history — All past and upcoming bookings with this customer
  • Scores — Competition scores across all events

Customer Notes

Add private notes to any customer record. Notes are only visible to your team and are useful for tracking preferences, special requirements, or any relevant information.

  1. Open the customer detail page
  2. Type your notes in the Notes field
  3. Click Save

Notes are saved immediately and visible to all team members.
