Configure different ticket types for your events

What Are Ticket Types?

Ticket types let you offer different pricing categories within a single event. For example, you might have an Adult ticket and a Junior ticket with different prices.

Managing Ticket Types

Ticket types are configured from the event edit page.

Adding a Ticket Type

  1. Open the event and click Edit
  2. Scroll to the Ticket Types section
  3. Click Add Ticket Type
  4. Enter the ticket type name (e.g. “Junior”), price, and any limits
  5. Save the ticket type

Editing a Ticket Type

  1. Open the event edit page
  2. Find the ticket type in the list
  3. Update the name, price, or other settings
  4. Save your changes

Disabling a Ticket Type

If you want to temporarily stop selling a ticket type without deleting it:

  1. Open the event edit page
  2. Find the ticket type
  3. Click Disable

Disabled ticket types are hidden from customers but can be re-enabled at any time.

Deleting a Ticket Type

  1. Open the event edit page
  2. Find the ticket type
  3. Click Delete

You cannot delete a ticket type that has existing bookings. Disable it instead.

Reordering Ticket Types

Drag and drop ticket types to change the order they appear to customers during booking.
