Configure your venue's directory listing, notifications, and scoring defaults

Accessing Venue Settings

Go to Settings from the user menu, then select the Venue tab.

Directory Listing

Control whether your venue appears on the Clay Ledger shooting grounds directory:

  • Show on directory — Toggle your venue’s visibility on the public directory page
  • County — Set your county so customers can find you by location
  • Description — Add a description of your venue that appears on the directory

Google Review URL

Paste your Google Maps review link. After an event, customers receive an email prompting them to leave a review at this link.

To find your Google review link:

  1. Search for your venue on Google Maps
  2. Click “Write a review”
  3. Copy the URL from your browser

Notification Email

Set the email address that receives booking notification emails. This is separate from your login email and useful if bookings should go to a shared inbox (e.g. [email protected]).

Classification Thresholds

Set default score classification thresholds for your venue. These apply to all events unless overridden per-event.

  • Define minimum score percentages for each classification level (e.g. A = 85%, B = 70%, C = 55%)
  • These thresholds are used when publishing results and on the leaderboard
