Edit, duplicate, and delete existing events
Viewing Events
The Events page shows all your events. Use the type filter tabs to show only specific event types (competitions, training, practice, etc.).
Click any event to open its detail page, which shows:
- Event information and current capacity
- All bookings with their status
- Scores (if any have been entered)
Editing an Event
- Open the event detail page
- Click Edit
- Update the fields you want to change
- Click Save
Note: Once an event has bookings, certain fields are locked to protect existing bookings:
- Title, date, capacity, price, deposit, and payment mode cannot be changed
- You can still update stands, scoring thresholds, and other configuration
- The event type is always locked after creation
Duplicating an Event
To create a similar event quickly:
- Open the event you want to copy
- Click Duplicate
- A new event is created with the same settings, dated one week later
- You’re taken to the edit page to adjust the date and any other details
Deleting an Event
- Open the event detail page
- Click Delete
- Confirm the deletion
Deleting an event is permanent and cannot be undone. If the event has bookings, consider cancelling individual bookings first so customers are notified.
