Create members, view details, and add notes

Members List

Go to Members in the sidebar to see all your venue’s memberships. The list shows each member’s name, email, plan, status, and dates.

Searching & Filtering

  • Search — Find a member by name or email
  • Filter by status — Show only active, paused, or cancelled memberships
  • Sort — Click column headers to reorder the list

Creating a New Member

To manually add a member (e.g. someone who signed up in person):

  1. Click New Member
  2. Enter the member’s details:
    • Email (required)
    • Name (required)
    • Phone (optional)
    • Plan — Select a membership plan, or leave as “comp” for a complimentary membership
    • Start date — Defaults to today
    • Expiry date (optional) — Leave blank for ongoing memberships
    • Notes (optional)
  3. Click Create Member

If the customer already exists in your system, their record is linked automatically. Otherwise, a new customer record is created.

Member Detail Page

Click any member to see their full profile:

  • Membership details — Plan, status, start and expiry dates
  • Booking history — All bookings made by this member
  • Stripe subscription — If linked, shows the Stripe subscription status

Member Notes

Add private notes to a member’s record:

  1. Open the member detail page
  2. Type your notes in the Notes field
  3. Click Save
