Membership Plans

Create and manage the membership plans available at your venue

What Are Membership Plans?

Membership plans define the types of membership your venue offers. Each plan has a name and can be toggled active or inactive. When creating a member manually, you select which plan they’re on.

Managing Plans

Go to Settings > Plans to view and manage your membership plans.

Creating a Plan

  1. Go to Settings > Plans
  2. Click Add Plan
  3. Enter the plan name (e.g. “Annual Membership”, “Junior”, “Family”)
  4. Save the plan

New plans are active by default and immediately available when creating new members.

Toggling a Plan Active/Inactive

If you want to stop offering a plan without deleting it:

  1. Go to Settings > Plans
  2. Find the plan in the list
  3. Click the toggle to deactivate it

Inactive plans are hidden when creating new members but existing members on that plan are unaffected.

Deleting a Plan

  1. Go to Settings > Plans
  2. Find the plan
  3. Click Delete

Only delete plans that have no members assigned to them. If members are on the plan, deactivate it instead.
