Event Printout

Generate a printable version of the event details and participant list:

  1. Open the event detail page
  2. Click Print or Generate Printout
  3. A printer-friendly page opens that you can print or save as PDF

The printout includes the event title, date, and a list of all booked participants — useful for checking in attendees on the day.

QR Code

Generate a QR code that links to the event’s booking page:

  1. Open the event detail page
  2. Click QR Code
  3. A QR code image is generated

Use the QR code on posters, flyers, or at your venue to let customers scan and book directly from their phone. The QR code links to your event’s booking page on your website.
