What is Clay Ledger?

Clay Ledger is a booking and management platform built for shooting grounds. It handles event scheduling, online bookings, payments, scoring, memberships, and gift cards — all from one dashboard.

Key Features

  • Events — Create competitions, training days, and practice sessions. Accept online bookings with deposits or full payment.
  • Bookings — Manage walk-ins, cancellations, refunds, and balance reminders automatically.
  • Scores & Leaderboards — Record scores, publish results, and maintain leaderboards across events.
  • Members — Track memberships with pause, cancel, and reactivation controls.
  • Gift Cards — Sell and manage gift cards with configurable denominations and expiry.
  • Team — Invite staff with role-based access (owner, admin, member).
  • Dashboard — View revenue, upcoming events, and recent activity at a glance.

After logging in, use the sidebar to navigate between sections:

  • Dashboard — Performance overview and recent activity
  • Events — All your events, filtered by type
  • Customers — Everyone who has booked with you
  • Members — Active, paused, and cancelled memberships
  • Leaderboard — Scores and rankings
  • Gift Cards — Issued gift cards and settings
  • Team — Your staff and their roles
  • Activity — Audit log of all actions

Settings, billing, and your profile are accessible from the user menu in the top-right corner.
