Enter scores, publish results, and manage leaderboards

Entering Scores

After an event has taken place:

  1. Open the event detail page
  2. Click Scores
  3. You’ll see a list of all participants
  4. Enter each participant’s score
  5. Click Save Scores to save all entries at once

Scores are saved in bulk, so you can enter all results and save them together.

Deleting a Score

If a score was entered incorrectly and needs to be removed:

  1. Go to the event’s scores page
  2. Find the score entry
  3. Click Delete next to the score

You can then re-enter the correct score.

Publishing Results

Once all scores are entered and verified:

  1. Open the event detail page
  2. Click Publish Results

Published results become visible to customers and are included in the leaderboard. Results cannot be unpublished, so make sure scores are correct before publishing.

Classification Thresholds

Scores are automatically classified based on percentage thresholds (e.g. A class = 85%+, B class = 70%+). These thresholds can be configured:

  • Per event — Set thresholds on the event edit page under Scoring
  • Venue-wide defaults — Set default thresholds in Settings > Venue > Classification Thresholds

Per-event thresholds override the venue defaults.

Leaderboard

The Leaderboard page in the sidebar shows aggregated scores across events. From the leaderboard you can:

  • View rankings by event type
  • Export to CSV — Download the leaderboard data as a spreadsheet
  • Export to PDF — Generate a printable PDF of the leaderboard
  • Edit individual scores if corrections are needed
